There will be no refunds or partial refunds, except for verified personal emergencies and on a case by case basis to be decided by Universal Coaching. If dissatisfied with any product, (partial) refunds will only be considered when the client has demonstrated to have partaken in all available course content, done the exercises and or followed coaching instructions.
Complaints will be discussed anonymously with fellow coaches. The aim is to learn, connect and if necessary bridge any differences of opinion.
